A Joyous Thanksgiving 2024!

As is usual for Nebraska, we had glorious weather in the 50's up until

Thanksgiving week.  And then the cold moved in and it was FREEZING!

But the streets were dry, everyone was healthy, and we had a wonderful time.

Kids having Chex Mix to tide them over until lunch!

Joshua beat Jonathan at chess.......twice!

Kinsley, Michael, and Nathan all worked very diligently on a puzzle.

Hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill! November 27th is also Jonathan's birthday and
he turned 30 - another reason to celebrate!

Thanksgiving Day was full of busyness and cooking!  As usual, Joshua and Courtney
were in charge of the mashed potatoes.  This was the first year that Joshua surpassed
Courtney in height!

 My beautiful daughters.......

Jonathan and Elenna and Nathan

The youngest four finished the puzzle!

Rachel and Christopher

Christopher and Jonathan carve the meat.

Courtney and me - we really missed Dennis this year!

Don't let Joe's meager plate deceive you - this was his first of many!

Compare that to Isaac's massive plate!

After we had eaten and semi-cleaned up, the younger set played the

Saran Wrap ball.  We were introduced to that last year and it was great fun.,

Overall it was a wonderful couple of days and we are all very blessed!

Thank you, Lord!!!!
