Memorial Day 2013!

So very proud of our SIT (soldier in training) on this Memorial Day 2013!

Manicure!

Yesterday, Rachel took Joe's mom (Janet), and me out for a special girl-time!  She and Joe treated us for a manicure for a belated Mother's Day!  Neither Janet or I had ever had a manicure, so this was a treat for the both of us!  So we headed up to Casual Nails to see what this was like!

Janet went very bold............silver and sparkles for her!

I went for a more traditional pink.  We both got filed, buffed, oiled, trimmed, and then finally painted!

Thank you so much, Rachel, for such a great time!

We then went next door to Fry's to pick up a few things and Rachel treated us to Starbucks!

Grandma is Here!

Joe's mom arrived Thursday afternoon from North Carolina!  What a treat to have her here for ten days!

Grandma brought the boys big backpacks which they have had fun filling with treasures!
