A beautiful day in the 40*s called for grilling hamburgers on the grill.
As usual, Isaac was up for the task and they were delicious.

We had the grandchildren a few extra days after Christmas for a very important
reason - Rachel and Christopher got married!
They had a very private ceremony with Pastor Bob, and his wife, Kerry,
took pictures to document the event.
We are so happy for them!
Many happy years and blessings to Mr. and Mrs. Clark!
This was Rachel's year to work Christmas Day at the hospital, so we had the
grandkids with us. It was a great time and there were smiles all day long!
Everyone was up extra early to open stockings!
After breakfast, we all opened presents and everyone was very pleased.
It was a wonderful day!
I took pictures after they opened their stockings so Rachel could enjoy, even though
she was busy at the hospital.
Random photos of opening presents!
We took lots of group pictures over the Thanksgiving holiday.
They turned out pretty good!!!!
We really missed David who was not able to get away from the Army. And
Dennis was very much missed, too.
As is usual for Nebraska, we had glorious weather in the 50's up until
Thanksgiving week. And then the cold moved in and it was FREEZING!
But the streets were dry, everyone was healthy, and we had a wonderful time.
Kids having Chex Mix to tide them over until lunch!

Courtney and me - we really missed Dennis this year!
Don't let Joe's meager plate deceive you - this was his first of many!
Compare that to Isaac's massive plate!
After we had eaten and semi-cleaned up, the younger set played the
Saran Wrap ball. We were introduced to that last year and it was great fun.,
Overall it was a wonderful couple of days and we are all very blessed!
Thank you, Lord!!!!
